Eligible for Return:
- Unopened, unused, and non-defective PPE products can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition.
⛔ Non-Returnable Items:
Due to health & safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened or used PPE products (including gloves, masks, gowns, and other safety items).
- Custom or bulk orders (unless defective or incorrect).
📢 Important: To ensure the highest hygiene standards, all returned items must be sealed and unused.
📌 Return Shipping Costs: All returns are at the buyer’s expense unless the item is defective or incorrect.
💰 Refund Policy
- Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets return requirements.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
