Due to the nature of personal protective equipment, we do not accept returns on any opened PPE items, the product can be exchanged if unopened at the expense of the customer.
In the event of receiving damaged product(s), please provide photo evidence of the affected product within 7 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and send all information and photos to email@example.com.
Each return/exchange request will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Shipping costs associated with returns of unopened non-defective items will be the responsibility of the customer. Any refunds will not include shipping charges.
Our customer service team will happily review and send you a replacement(s).
