PPE Online is a business located in Southwestern Ontario Canada and ships across Canada and the United States. PPE Online was created to provide affordable PPE products and locally made reusable cloth masks that can be delivered directly to your home or business. We are partners with Second Chance CPR from Windsor Ontario, who has been training CPR and First Aid in Southwestern Ontario since 1989.
What separates us from other PPE Companies across North America, is that what you see on the website, is what we have in stock (unless it specifically says "Pre Order" on the item). We do our very best to ship out the same day, or next business day as soon as we receive your order as we understand the importance of receiving PPE Products as quickly as possible. Although delays do happen, we pride ourselves in providing a fast and efficient ordering process from the time you visit our website, to the moment your package arrives at your front door.

We know you may have a couple questions, so we have compiled this list of general questions to help make your shopping experience as easy as possible with us!
- What are the shipping options?
We are currently offering Free Shipping Canada Wide for orders over $99.99. We currently ship across Canada and the United States. In addition to this, Local Pickup is available in Windsor & Essex County at our Warehouse located at 871 Janette Ave. Orders must be placed in advance through our website to do in-store pickup.
- Is everything in stock? Other PPE companies have told me it is a 1 month wait for my products!
We pride ourselves on only listing products that are IN STOCK on our website. We keep an accurate inventory of all items that are listed on our website, and if you see it, then it is available for purchase and is in our warehouse in Windsor Ontario Canada. The only time that this would be different, is if you are looking at a product that specifically says "Pre-Order" on it (meaning we have a confirmed shipment coming in but your order will not ship until we receive it).
- I ordered a product that was a Pre-Order. When will I receive it?
On the Pre-Order Products' page, we do our best to list what date or time-frame the product will be ready to be shipped. This is not a guaranteed date and delays may occur, so we can not promise a specific shipping date. Please note, that if you have Pre-Ordered products along with regular products in your shopping cart, your order will not be shipped (or delivered) until your Pre-Ordered products are in stock. If you are looking to get your regular products sooner, you will need to do two separate orders.
- Do you offer discount pricing for larger orders?
Yes we do. Some of this pricing is available on our website while you are shopping, but for additional information please feel free to contact us directly. Quantity Discounts usually start at 1000 pieces but varies from product to product.
- Where is your warehouse located?
Our warehouse and office are located at 871 Janette Ave in Windsor, Ontario Canada.
- When will I receive my order?
We do our best to ship out orders on the same day we receive them, but if we are back-logged with orders then it will ship within the next 2 business days. Most orders in Canada have a 3-7 day delivery window through Canada Post or through Fedex in the United States.
- What do I do if I never received my order?
For shipped orders, check the tracking number in the email we provided when it left the warehouse. For local delivery orders, double check your front porch or landing area.
PPE Online is not liable for any loss/damage to products in transit or delayed shipments as per our terms and conditions for shipping. If you have a parcel issue, please notify Canada Post or Fedex. Contact us if you are instructed by Canada Post or Fedex to open a service ticket on your parcel and we will do so on your behalf.
- How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?

- How is the product made? Where do the materials come from?
This varies from product to product. We provide as much information on the description page of the item as possible.
- How do I contact your company if my question isn’t answered here?
Email or call us. Our contact information is located on the bottom of the website or by clicking the "Contact Us" page.
- What is your return policy?
Each return/exchange request will be assessed on a case-by-case basis due to the COVID 19 Pandemic. Cost associated with returns of unopened non-defective items will be the responsibility of the customer. Any refunds will not include shipping charges.
- I am having trouble using your website or adding things to my cart
If you are having issues with any functionality on our website, please ensure you are not using Internet Explorer (Shopify does not support this browser unfortunately).
